Organization Management
Create an Organization
- Go to the "Team" page
- Click "Create Organization"
- Enter the organization name and description
- Invite team members to join
Organization Roles
| Role | Permission Level | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | Highest | Full control, including deleting the organization |
| Admin | High | Manage members, settings, billing |
| Member | Medium | Create and edit forms |
| Limited | Low | Access only authorized workspaces |
Workspaces
Use workspaces to organize and group forms:
- Create multiple workspaces
- Group by project or department
- Assign members to workspaces
Inviting Members
Invitation Methods
- Email Invitation — Send invitation link via email
- Link Invitation — Generate a shareable invite link
- Token Invitation — Use an invitation token
Accepting Invitations
Invitees join the organization through the link:
- Click the invitation link
- Sign in or create an account
- Confirm joining the organization
Form-Level Collaboration
Add Collaborators
Add collaborators to individual forms:
- Open the form's "Settings" → "Collaboration"
- Click "Add Collaborator"
- Choose collaborator type:
- Individual User — Specify a user
- Department — Specify an entire department
- Role — Specify all users in a role
- Assign a permission group

Use preset or custom permission groups to control collaborator access:
